We take pride in our traditional home-cooked pub meals in the heart of Exmoor, using local produce in and around Wheddon Cross Exmoor whenever possible. Great care and attention is taken in the cooking and presentation of each dish. Vegetarian dishes are always available, and any special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice.  view our lunch menu here In addition to the restaurant we have an adjoining room seating up to 16 people, which can be used for private parties in Wheddon Cross, Exmoor. Booking is advisable. The bar area has a traditional country pub atmosphere, with log fires in winter. There is also a skittle alley and a pool table. The bar’s normal opening times are (11am – 3pm, and 6pm – 12 midnight) and 10am for morning coffee. We serve food in the bar and restaurant from 12 noon until 2pm, and from 7pm until 9pm. In addition to our new restaurant menu we offer a weekly specials board, light luncheon menu and traditional Sunday lunch Carvery.
